the buggie ride to the station was acceptable.
the checkout process was awful. they started calling and knocking an hour early. i was like i was being rushed out the door, even though they didn't clean my room until late afternoon. the furnishings seemed cheap, and the pillows were uncomfortable.

I arrived early and was very happy the hotel allowed me to shower before my room was ready. the hotel restaurant offered tasty food with plenty of choices at very fair prices. the staff, in general, was super friendly. They genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay.
The room we had needed a thorough paint and good scrub in places. It looked tired. also, there was no cutlery or crockery in the studio apartment room which could have been useful.

The staff provided really good assistance. Benz and ice at the front desk were particularly attentive to my needs. their understanding of english was good, especially considering the language barrier that may be encountered. both employees would go above and beyond to help me.

the resort was beautiful, and the setting of the resort was amazing, immaculate! the pool, gym, sauna, and restaurant rooms were a1 and the room. was. cleaned everyday. the room was always immaculate .

The hotel is located near the railway, a 2-minute foot walk from the hotel. It easily takes you to the airport or into the city. i took advantage of how easy it was to get to the airport. The journey was easy!
